Friends of Berkshire Hospitals' Website
The Friends of Berkshire Hospitals is a Berkshire charity which supports patients and staff at the RBH. We raise money for projects to improve the experience for those receiving treatment, visitors, medical staff, and others who work at the hospital.

Working closely with the RBH, but independent of it, the Friends make sure that donations are focused on making things easier for patients.
Our Web Design Work
The Friends of Berkshire Hospitals needed a website that would have multiple functions.
​
The website needed to inform people of what they were doing as an organisation, but it also needed to encourage potential volunteers to sign up, showcase their achievements and also accept and process donations.
​
As well as all that, as the charity supports patients who are in the hospital, they requested an ecommerce store which would allow friends and family to order a gift and have it sent directly to the patient in the hospital.
​
And finally, the organisation wished to be able to list and publicise fundraising events, so we integrated an events feature, which allows them to sell tickets and generate more revenue.
​
We delivered all this functionality in a smart, bright website with a clean, acciesble and responsive design. And of course, appearing on Google for the right terms is always a priority.
